Im startin to animate

yes i am starting to animate now, as a added bonus to what im doing,what im trying to animate is a easy thing.just eyes and a mouth represnting me ,and ill be talking saying whatever i put in there,since im a fast drawer this will be over before the second week,and so wish me luck for i will be busy trying to do this (P.s) uh blue raptor if you are hearing this then can you tell me how to record voice overs?.
